Ordered before 23:45 on weekdays, shipped today!
The majority of the products are in stock at our logistics partner, which means that if you order on weekdays before 23:45, the order will be shipped the same day. In 9 out of 10 cases this means that the products will be delivered to you tomorrow, for both Dutch and Belgian delivery addresses. The carrier promises us that your package will actually be delivered tomorrow, but every now and then it can take a day longer. If a product has a longer delivery time, this will be indicated above the order button. The product will then have a different delivery time, for example 1-2 weeks. Our orders are delivered from Tuesday to Saturday by post. If the delivery time on the website unexpectedly deviates from the actual delivery time, we will inform you and provide a suitable solution. Zengrowth always does its utmost to deliver your order to your home as soon as possible!

Delivery time 1-2 weeks
Unfortunately, it is not profitable for us to have all products in stock in the Netherlands. However, we always want to be able to provide you with a complete range, in which you can always find your desired products. Precisely for this reason, part of our range is also shipped from Germany and Poland. These are mainly fixed massage tables. The delivery time for these is 1-2 weeks. However, in some cases the shipment can be delayed or delivered faster. If the delivery is delayed, we will let you know as soon as possible by e-mail or telephone.

Order received in parts
In some cases, you may receive your order in parts, because we cannot send it as one package. Example: you order a massage table and some accessories. Although we hand over the products to the carrier at the same time, it may happen that one part of the order is delivered before the other part. Often, the remaining part of your order is delivered the next day.

Deviating delivery time
Are you paying by manual transfer? Then it can take up to 3 business days before the payment is received by us and it is administratively processed. We will send the products when we have received the payment. On Dutch national holidays no orders are sent and/or offered.

Postage costs
Having orders delivered has a major impact on the environment. That is why we want to ensure that you order the product you really want by using clear product descriptions, including photos and videos. As a result, we have fewer returns than an average web shop. We do this mainly to save the environment and keep customers satisfied. Sending orders has a major impact on the environment. Small orders cost just as much packaging material and are just as harmful to the environment as larger orders. From the perspective of this environmental impact, Zengrowth wants to discourage placing small orders. That is why we have chosen to pass on the shipping costs under 20 euros in full to the customer, while for orders between 20 and 60 euros, we take on part of this.
