Legal warranty

A product must possess the properties that are necessary for normal use. In short: do what you, the buyer, may reasonably expect from it. This means that a product may not show any defects during normal use during the expected lifespan. If a product does not meet these expectations - in other words: shows a defect - Zengrowth will in principle repair this free of charge. Or if that is not possible, deliver a replacement, comparable product.

5 year manufacturer's warranty on the frame and cable system, 2 year manufacturer's warranty on other parts (such as accessories, anti-slip feet or the clips to fold the massage table). All repairs are carried out free of charge by the manufacturer and, where possible, individual parts are resent. ZenGrowth stands for high service, so even after the warranty period they still think along in solving any damage.

Other items with a warranty period in our range
In addition to our massage tables and massage chairs, there are also other items in our range that have a guarantee. Think of hot stone supplies, work carts or massage stools. For these products, the right solution is sought on a case-to-case basis in consultation with the manufacturer. Here too, all repairs are carried out free of charge by the manufacturer and, where possible, loose parts are sent again.

Exceptions to the manufacturer's warranty

Unfortunately, it is not possible for us to compensate for all defects. If the article has been used improperly, unfortunately no claim can be made on the manufacturer's warranty. By improper use we mean the following:

Incidental damage to the upholstery of the massage table, massage chair or massage stool
This includes cracks in the upholstery and crumbling of the upholstery.

When unpacking the product, we recommend that you proceed with care and caution. Damage, such as a tear in the upholstery, caused by the use of sharp objects will not be covered by the manufacturer.

Using the wrong cleaning products or stronger chemicals can cause the upholstery of your massage table, massage stool or massage chair to crumble and become permanently damaged. Just like oil, these products can cause the upholstery to come loose or break off. Read our article on how to maintain your massage table to make sure this never becomes a problem!

Also, prolonged use of the massage table in a dry, warm space can cause the upholstery to crumble. Therefore, ensure good humidity in the space by using water vaporizers, this is also better for your own health.

Furthermore, never store the massage table next to a heater and do not store the massage table in the car when it is very cold or very hot.

Although this may sound less relevant for a massage stool, for example, this is definitely something you should take into account with an electric massage table or hot stone heater. Therefore, always read the user manual of the product and always contact us if you have any questions!

What happens if my products are broken?

All items are carefully checked by us before shipping and tested if necessary. Despite the high quality of the items we have in our range, it may happen that you receive an item that is not perfect. In that case, we will gladly provide you with a suitable solution as soon as possible.

If an item is still defective upon receipt, we kindly request that you report this as soon as possible. If possible by e-mail with your customer details included. We will then inform you as soon as possible about a solution.

    Complaints

    It can always happen that something does not go entirely as planned. We recommend that you first report complaints to us by sending an email to info@demassagewinkel.com.
