Returns
Do you want to return your order for whatever reason? At Zengrowth you always have the right to cancel or return your order. Returns are possible within 30 days. After you have reported an item returned, you have another 14 days to return your order.
Please note: only the costs for returning from your home to the webshop are for your own account. If we deliver a package as two packages, it is not possible to combine them when returning, because this will significantly increase the chance of shipping damage.
Returns process
- Register your order return via our returns portal.
- Select which items you wish to return.
- Choose whether you want to have the package picked up by Dynalogic, or whether you want to deliver it to a PostNL point. Please note: massage tables can only be returned with Dynalogic!
- Print this label, stick it on the box and deliver the package to a parcel point of the chosen carrier.
- After receiving the product, your return will be processed within 14 days. The refund will be processed in the same way as you placed the order (if you paid by credit card, the money will also be transferred back to your credit card).

- Normal parcel rate (PostNL) - €5.90
- XL package rate (Dynalogic) - €10.00 (the rate for all massage tables)
Belgium
- Normal parcel rate (PostNL) - €5.90
- XL package rate (Dynalogic) - €10.00 (the rate for all massage tables)
If the product is damaged or the packaging is damaged more than necessary to try the product, we can pass on this reduction in value of the product to you. So treat the product with care and make sure that it is well packaged when returning it.
Why aren't returns free?
Our products are made with care and are extensively tested for quality before we ship them. We have chosen not to make returns free.
Instead of taking on the return shipping costs ourselves (so that it seems free), we keep the prices of our webshop lower and the return shipping costs are paid by the customer. We also want to burden the environment as little as possible, so we do not want to make returns too easy. In this way, we invite you to buy more consciously.
